Bird watchers paradise, protected habitation. 180 degree non obstructed sea view.
Casa Soleada, is an architect designed beach front property in Santa Clara, Yucatan, Mexico. The house was constructed in March 2011 using Florida specifications. The living portion of the house is above the highest storm surge line. All windows are hurricane resistant glass. Casa Soleada sits on concrete piers which rest on the rock bed. Unlike a flat roof system, the palapa roof resists winds and is less likely to be damaged or destroyed by hurricane winds.
Casa Soleada is spacious. Its 15 x 10 meters (45 x 30 feet) size includes a living and dining area with open kitchen, centrally positioned oval study/bedroom and east and west side master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with views to the sea. The house comes with 60 x 50 mts. of land. There is a 4 x 20 mt. swimming pool.
There is a garage for 2 cars and a two story bodega on the south side of the house. A private transformer with residential rate brings power to the house. Casa Soleada comes furnished including appliances (refrigerator, 3 split unit air conditioners, washer, dryer, and dishwasher). There is a pressurized water system, a security/alarm system, 8 internal and external video cameras.
The reduced asking price is $250,000 USD. An additional 50 meters of beach front is available if desired.
